Sergey Malyshko shows a broad and stable track record of project management stories and has deep insights into construction processes. ‘Sergey’s successfully delivered projects resulted in very satisfied and stable DELTA clients, together with sustainable networks. Important milestones were, amongst others, GIZ projects, various large portfolio due diligences, the Shopping Mall Alexander Plaza and many others. ‘Sergey’s great leadership qualities also resulted in the introduction and successful mentorship of new, unique DELTA employees. He started his career at DELTA in 2016. He studied at the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture and got a specialist degree in Construction, Industrial and Civil Engineering.
