DELTA Ukraine will lead the construction of the Promprylad.Renovation innovation center

The mission and main area of responsibility of DELTA Ukraine in the Promprylad.Renovation project is primarily the management of the construction process from design to commissioning of buildings in accordance with the latest international standards of green construction. Also, the services provided by the company at the site include: organization of tenders, control of deadlines and budgets, quality control of construction works and certification of the building according to one of the Green Building standards.

We will remind you that in the center of Ivano-Frankivsk, on the territory where the Promprylad plant used to work, an innovation center is being created. 40% of over 36,000 sq. m. m of reconstructed spaces and new buildings will be allocated for offices of innovative companies, and the rest of the territory will house R&D centers, open workshops, a gallery, venues for events, business incubators, a food market, a hotel, and the territory of the courtyard will become an inclusive space open to residents. The total area of reconstructed and constructed premises will be more than 36 thousand square meters.
